Thank you for considering joining the team at Park. We are passionate about using our talents to see the gospel transform our city and that’s why we’ve dedicated our careers for God’s purposes.
Our Core Ministry Team is based in the Near North neighborhood; our core ministry team supports and resources all of our neighborhood locations. Through teams like Small Groups, Family Ministry, Global, Marriage & Care, Operations, Music and Communications you can be a part of ministries making a difference around the world. Our Campus Ministry Teams help further the vision of Park being one church in multiple neighborhoods all across Chicago. Each campus has a dedicated team of pastors and leaders who minister directly to the people in that neighborhood.

Before we are co-workers, we are brothers and sisters in Christ. Therefore we are for each other and encourage one another to flourish in our work and in our lives. We remain humble and assume the best of one another.
We work together in strong collaboration, building one another up and rejoicing when others succeed. We trust one another’s gifts and expertise, knowing they care and will do their best work. We strive to communicate with one another in a way that is honest, kind, respectful and eager to serve the other person. When difficult conversations or conflicts arise, we are committed to resolving them in a Christ-like manner. When we say we will do something, we follow through with it in a timely manner out of respect for our co-workers.
We strive to be unified, working together as a team. As Scripture says, a “threefold cord is not quickly broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:12).
We believe that Jesus Christ is the head of His church. We seek and listen to the Holy Spirit for guidance through the Word and in prayer and we submit to God’s ultimate leadership and direction. We celebrate what God is doing and give Him glory for all that is accomplished through Park.
We recognize our humble dependence upon the power of God to complete the work that He desires to do in us and through us. We make it our aim to demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit in our character, calling, work, and relationships with each other.
“I am the vine you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing (John 15:5).”
